This can still be done until the day of the concert. For tickets that have already been personalised, you can change the name.
How does this work?
- At the bottom of your order confirmation email, click on the button to go to your order.
- You will now be taken to your order page.
- In the menu, select “More actions” and “Name change”.
- Select the correct ticket (this will happen automatically if you only have one ticket).
- Fill in the requested details and select the correct payment method.
- Complete the name change by making the payment.
Please note that a small fee per ticket will be charged for the change.
