MyOrder is a personal page for your order and tickets.
Here you can, among other things:
- View your tickets and order details
- Personalise your tickets (if required)
- Change your tickets (if possible)
- Resell your tickets (if possible)
How to open MyOrder:
- Open the confirmation email you received after ordering.
→ Lost your confirmation email? Do not worry! Using this link, you can request an overview of all your active Paylogic orders.You will receive the overview via email and you can click on any of the orders to open the MyOrder page directly.
- Click on “Manage Order” at the bottom of the confirmation email.
- You will be redirected to your MyOrder page, where you can access your order at any time.
Please note: You do not need a Paylogic account to access MyOrder.
