For some events it is possible to change the name on your tickets yourself. You can check if this option is available by following the next couple of steps:
- Navigate to your original confirmation email and click on the "Manage Order" button at the bottom of the email. This will take you to your “My Order” environment.
- In your “My Order” page, click on the tab “More Actions”.
- If the option to change the name on your ticket is available for your event, you will see the option "Change name."
If you would like to perform a name change for one or more of your tickets, please follow these steps:
- Select the ‘Name change’ option.
- Enter the e-mail address of the new ticket holder.
- If relevant, pay for the prompted transaction. Not all events require a payment, but if they do the name change will be made once the ‘order’ is paid for. If the name change is free, proceed with the next step.
- You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.
Please note that the new order remains in the name of the main buyer of the original order. If required, the name change will also be paid for by the original order purchaser.
If you did not receive a personalisation link, it means the name on the ticket is irrelevant. In this case, you only need the unique barcode that is scanned at the entrance to the event. This also means that it is possible for anyone to use the ticket with the permission of the main buyer.
