For some events you might have received a voucher to take part in a special sale or get a discount for your tickets.

Once you enter your voucher code in the shop, it is locked to prevent multiple uses of the same code. If you do not complete your new order, immediately trying to use the code again will cause an error. You can try again once our system has realised that your order failed. It can take up to 30 minutes for your code to reactivate.

Codes can of course not be used again once they have been used in a completed order. If you keep having issues after trying again later, please send us your voucher code via the option below so we can check it in our system.
