Have you filled in your email address incorrectly when completing your order? You can correct it via this link.
You will be requested to provide the following information in order to complete the change:
- The date you placed your order
- The reference of the payment, i.e. a 12 digit number starting with 20 which can be found on the bank statement
- The amount paid
- The new email address
Please note that it can take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in the inbox of the new email address.
In case you have still not received your confirmation email after correcting the email address, please let us know by filling in our contact form. To ensure security and verify the request, we require a proof of payment from the main buyer. If you are not the main buyer, we advise you to ask the main buyer to contact us.
The proof of payment can be in the form of a photo or screenshot of your transaction to Paylogic, displaying the transaction date and amount. For specific payment methods, additional information is required:
- Credit Card Payments: The proof of payment should show the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
- PayPal: Provide a screenshot of the transaction from your PayPal account, including the PayPal invoice ID – a 12-digit number starting with "20".
- Other Payment Methods: Include the payment reference, which can be found in your bank statement's description.
Kindly note that an order confirmation does not qualify as valid proof of payment.
