Are you unable to attend the festival for any reason? We can contact the event organisers to check your request with them for you. You can send us a “Refund Request” via our Contact Form.
If you are not eligible for a refund of your tickets, there might be several alternative options available to you:
- Send Unpersonalized Tickets: If you have not personalised your tickets yet, you can give them to someone else and personalise them with the names of the new attendees. As the main buyer, you are not obligated to attend the event yourself.
- Change the name on your tickets: In some cases we offer the option to change the name on your tickets. To check if this option is available, access your MyOrder environment with your order confirmation email by clicking the "Manage Order" button. Click on the "More actions" section, where you can see if the "Change Name" option is enabled. If this option is not available you can get in touch with us through our contact form.
- Resell your tickets: Some Glory events work with official resale platforms where you can resell your tickets to anyone who may be interested. To check if this option is available, access your MyOrder environment with your order confirmation email by clicking the "Manage Order" button. Click on the "More actions" section, where you can see if the "Resell" option is enabled.
