Best Kept Secret works with a delayed fulfillment of the tickets. This is decided by the organiser of the event to prevent the resale of tickets and protect the safety of your tickets.

Once you personalise your ticket, you'll receive the PDF with your barcode via email on the day of the festival. If you need to resell your ticket, you can do so safely through our official resale platform, which will be launched at the start of 2026.
