Changing shipping address is generally not allowed unless there was a mistake when filling it in during the checkout process, or you have moved since placing the order.
If that is the case, please fill in our contact form and provide us the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for address change request
- Proof of payment - This is a photo or screenshot of your bank transaction to Paylogic/Tomorrowland, showing the date and amount of the transaction, i.e. a bank statement. (Please note that the order confirmation email is not a valid proof of payment.)
- New address in the following format:
- Street name + number
- Postal code
- City
- Country
