Tomorrowland has a very strict no refund policy for orders placed, which all customers agree to when ordering as stated in their Terms and Conditions. In case of death or other medical reasons, please fill in our contact form and we will be able to share your case with Tomorrowland so that they can review it. Please note: Tomorrowland will request relevant documentation to verify your request.
If you cannot get a refund, you always have the possibility of reselling your tickets via the Exchange Desk.
Exchange desk
The Exchange Desk is the only official way to resell your tickets. The Main Buyer can upload an entire order, one or more than one ticket on the Exchange Desk. Tickets registered through the Exchange Desk do not guarantee that the tickets will be sold. Registering your tickets takes place in the Tomorrowland account.
