If you would like to change the email address associated with your order, please fill in our contact form so that we can help you.
We require a proof of payment to verify that the request is coming from the main buyer of the tickets. A proof of payment is a photo or screenshot of your transaction to Paylogic, showing the date and amount of the transaction, i.e. a bank statement (the confirmation email is not a valid proof of payment).
Please note: The email address of your Paylogic order and Tomorrowland Account must be the same if you would like to see your tickets in your account.
