Whether you can cancel or transfer tickets depends on the event in question. Before submitting a request, check the FAQ on the official event website and the terms and conditions of the event organiser.
Are you unable to attend the event and would you like to cancel or resell your tickets?
You can check whether this option is available via your order environment: go to your MyOrder page by clicking on “manage order” at the bottom of your confirmation email. Then select “More actions” to see which options are available.
Please note that only the main purchaser of the order can request a change or refund. If you are not the main buyer, please contact the main buyer first. Requests from anyone other than the official buyer cannot be processed.
Are you unable to figure it out, or are you unsure whether you are eligible for a refund for your ticket(s)?
Please submit a refund request via our contact form and clearly state the reason for your request.
