The right of withdrawal under consumer protection regulations does not apply to services related to leisure activities, such as festival or concert tickets, when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This is established under European Union Directive 2011/83/EU of October 2011. As outlined in this Directive, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to all purchases.
