It is not possible to process a refund to a different account than was used during payment.
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security and compliance reasons, we are unable to redirect a refund to a different bank account. We advise you to contact your bank to see if they can transfer your refund to the new account. If they cannot help you, the refund will automatically be returned to us.
Once that happens, our system will notify us, and we will contact you so we can assist you with a manual refund to an alternative account.
If you do not remember which account you paid from, we advise you to check the payment method in your confirmation email and, if necessary, search for Paylogic in your accounts.
