How do you personalise a ticket?
Some events require you to personalise your tickets. This means the ticket will be linked to your name so you can use it to attend the event.
Personalisation is important because it helps prevent and minimise blackmarket resale of tickets for a higher value. Personalisation also maximises security by identifying visitors.
So, how do you personalise a ticket for yourself?
After completing an order with a payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link and asks you to enter personal information (such as each visitor's full name, email address and date of birth).
- To claim a ticket, click on 'Personalise'.
- Select one of the tickets, click on “Assign” and select “Claim ticket for myself” to personalise a ticket for yourself.
- Your information is prefilled from the purchase, but you can edit some of the information if necessary.
- Once you have completed the personalisation step, you successfully claim a ticket!
Note: Personalisation is available only within a certain period of time. The specific dates depend on the event! Please make sure to fill in the requested information within this timeframe.
Did something go wrong during the personalisation process? First, check if it is possible to change the name on your ticket! You can find more information about a name change in our article about name changes.
If the name change option is not available and you still require assistance, please contact our agents via our contact form!
