Have you received an email asking you to personalise your tickets? You will usually find all the information you need on how to personalise your tickets and when personalisation is possible in this email.
In the event that you cannot or do not want to personalise yet, here’s what you can do.
If you do not know who will be attending the event with you, it is okay to wait until a few days before the deadline to personalise the ticket(s). You will find the deadline in the email you received. We do recommend giving yourself a couple of days of leeway, just in case.
For most events, you are asked to personalise your ticket(s) with a unique name and email address.
If there is someone in your group who does not have a personal e-mail address, we do want to recommend that they create a new e-mail address. If you are personalising tickets for attendants without a personal email address and they (or you) truly do not want to create a new email address, please contact us.
