Some events and festivals offer the possibility to pay for your tickets with a bank transfer.

Several things must be kept in mind:

• When selecting the option to pay with Bank Transfer, an email with the necessary information for the transfer will be sent to you. From that point, there is an approximate window of 10 working days for the payment to be completed (this means received by the bank, transferred to and then reflected in our account).
• Each order placed via Bank Transfer receives a unique IBAN and reference number that must be used to complete the payment and connect it to your order. Please make sure to not reuse this IBAN for different orders, as the payment will then not be connected to your new order.
• If there is no completion within this timeframe the order expires and it is automatically cancelled.
• Paying the required amount in the bank does NOT immediately complete your order! There is an approximate waiting period of 5 days until the payment is reflected in our own account. As soon as this happens, the confirmation email will be sent to you with the link to download your tickets (or to personalise them, depending on the event).
