If you are experiencing issues with completing the payment for your order, the following tips may help:
If your bank is in a different country to The Netherlands, you can contact your bank in advance to make sure that they allow international transactions.
You can also try to place the order using a different payment method, a different browser (in our experience, Google Chrome works best) or you can try again from a different device/IP address.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a payment method after completing an order. If an order is not completed with a successful payment, it will automatically be cancelled. You can then place a new order.
