Why do tickets need to be personalised?
We ask this to ensure that visitors do not bear the brunt of black marketeering. Personalising each ticket makes it significantly more difficult for black marketers to resell a ticket at extortionate prices.
An additional advantage is that we can better inform you as a visitor about the concert.
Personalising tickets is compulsory. At the entrance, you may be checked whether the name on the ticket matches the ID.
How does personalisation work?
You will receive an e-mail when your purchased tickets can be personalised.
For personalisation, you will need these details of all ticketholders:
- First name,
- Last name,
- Email address,
- Gender
- and Date of Birth.
Once the tickets have been successfully personalised, they will be sent to you by email.
I have already personalised my ticket but unfortunately, I am unable to attend, what now?
It is possible that you have already personalised your tickets, but for whatever reason you cannot go to the concert.
Changing the name on a ticket works as follows:
- In the confirmation e-mail, click on ‘Manage Order’.
- Click on ‘More Actions’ and on ‘Name Change’
- Select which ticket you want to change its name
- Fill in the fields, and confirm by paying the change fee
- Done! You will receive a confirmation e-mail
Please note: only the main buyer can implement a name change!
