Refunds will be issued if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled. In all other cases, no refund will be issued (see the General Terms and Conditions). If you are unable to attend, or in case of circumstances beyond your control, no refund will be granted.

However, a resale platform is active where you can offer your ticket(s) if you can no longer attend the event.
