Accessibility and parking
Visitors in possession of a MiVa ticket may park close to the entrance, from these parking spaces you can easily get to the entrance of the venue. This does require a P-Paleis parking ticket, which can be purchased from the webpage of the respective concert. More information will be communicated to these ticket buyers by e-mail in the run-up to Royal Park Live.
The festival site has a paved surface at the entrance. The festival site itself consists largely of lawn/grass field, therefore some areas may be less walkable. There is a decking running from the entrance to the miva-deck, which are wide and obstacle-free paths. The disabled toilet is also accessible via this decking. As the decking is on the lawn, this can create a height difference of about 5 cm in some places.
Public entry is dispersed and quiet. The walk-out is massive and can therefore be crowded. We therefore advise you to wait for the crowds after the concert when leaving.
Facilities
The festival site is equipped with adapted toilets and a wheelchair-friendly stage, where people with physical disabilities can enjoy the performances. The wheelchair platform is located to the left next to stand C (see map). Both visitors with a disability and attendants need a MiVa ticket to use this platform. The first aid post is accessible to visitors with a disability, where they can go for medical assistance or nursing treatment.
What is allowed inside?
An assistance dog is allowed, provided it is clearly visible that it is an assistance dog. The assistance dog should be recognisable by the school's logo on their blanket or harness. People with assistance dogs can identify themselves using a pass issued by the school.
The grounds and wheelchair platform are easily accessible by wheelchair.
