I bought tickets, but they are not included in the confirmation email
That's correct, your tickets need to be personalised first. You will receive an e-mail when your tickets can be personalised.
You will receive your actual tickets by e-mail 2 days before the concert. This is done to make black marketeering as difficult as possible.
Mobile Only
Mobile Tickets Only will be used for these concerts. This means that when the tickets are made available, you can find and access them in the form of a QR code via your ‘MyOrder’ environment.
You can find your ticket(s) via the ‘view ticket(s)’ button in the confirmation e-mail, after which you will be taken to your MyOrder page. It is not possible to download your ticket(s) from the MyOrder page.
